Abstract
The Community Service Program (KKN) is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially
community service. KKN activities in Babah Lhung Village, Blang Pidie District, Southwest Aceh, are focused on
economic empowerment through local product innovation based on agricultural products. The potential of the village
is rich in papaya and banana which has not been optimized by the community, so KKN students took the initiative to
conduct training in making Crispy Boh Putek (processed papaya), and Banana Lhung Lumer (processed banana).
Activity methods include socialization, product demonstrations and mentoring for MSMEs. The results of the training
showed increased creativity in the community, especially the PKK group, in processing natural products into products
with selling value. From this activity, it can be concluded that the importance of local product innovation as a strategy
to improve the village economy and the need for further assistance in aspects of digital marketing.
